Not a Mariana item, but thought you might find it interesting...

All Steamed Up

Can a steamy sauna session put a damper on colds? According to one study, it just might.
In a small Austrian study, people who regularly took steams in a sauna experienced significantly fewer colds compared to people who abstained from sauna use. What's more, if you've already got a cold, the steam from a sauna session may help to alleviate some of your symptoms.
I'm kind of new to this, so I'm not sure how this is going to appear to you all, so won't waste much time with it right now. But if it works out well, I'll start putting something meaningful here from time to time.
